About the General Manager of Sales Role:
In this role you will be responsible for promoting the business in Vietnam. You will also take a lead in providing direction to all sales related activities.
- Manage overall sales activities
- Lead and guide the sales team (field sales, BDCL, key account, trade lane) to achieve team and company goals
- Conduct market research and develop business plans
- Maintain and develop the customer base in Vietnam and Indochina
- Build sales pipelines
To succeed in this role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and cooperatively with senior management, across borders and internal matrix.
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English is a must
- Forwarding experience is a plus
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Hands on and sales driven person
- Willing to travel
