A leading health-tech start-up is looking for a Head of Sales to take on the mission to lead their commercial activities in Vietnam
About the Head of Sales role:
In this pioneer and commercial role, you will be responsible for determining Go-To-Market strategies, driving sales channel development to fulfil sales target and ensure sustainable growth of the business.
- Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities
- Implement sales programs by developing field sales action plans. Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand
- Complete sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
- Work with internal departments such as the Marketing or Product teams to engage audiences and clients more deeply. Ensure the Customer Relationship Management is being used effectively and provide a competitive advantage
- Implement best practice in sales techniques throughout the department
To succeed in this role, you should be an adept in building businesses while taking ownership to prepare and implement a robust operating plan.
- More than 5 years of sales experience with a demonstrated track record of over-achievement. Prior experience in Startup Technology companies is a plus
- Proven ability to develop and initiate strategies for revenue and client count growth as well as expense control
- Natural leader with an ability to inspire performance with sales teams. Experienced in building team is a plus
- Outstanding verbal and presentation skills, fluent in English
- Self-motivated, determined with good communication and resources integration ability
