One of the biggest MNC companies is looking for a Business Development Director in HCMC. In this job, you will be responsible for all sales activities to achieve the target.
About the Business Development Director Role:
In this role you will be responsible for promoting the business unit in Vietnam. You will also take a lead providing direction to all sales-related activities to your Sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work to develop a pipeline of project opportunities to achieve sales levels at to be agreed targets
- Develop new customer accounts, by showcasing company capability and services
- Establish, develop and maintain good internal and external contacts
- Prepare a marketing plan, including the formulation of a plan of action per client; in charge of marketing activities for branding purpose & increase company's awareness on the strategy markets
- Prepare proposals, negotiating contractual agreements, in accordance with legislation and regulations, contractual agreements, within the framework of risk analysis
- Analysis the cases to find the way how to submit the proposals, convince clients and win the projects
- Do customer after-sales service and settle all complains from clients
- Report regularly to CEO on the progress of marketing plans and account management
- Organize client events, create internal and external networking
- Perform other jobs under the requests of company
To succeed in this role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and cooperatively with senior manager, well-manage subordinates within internal matrix.
Key Requirements:
- At least 5-7 years working experience at the same level, priority is given to candidates with experience & knowledge in renewable energy, B2B, project sales, etc.
- Good sales skills and good knowledge of the market
- Willing to travel domestically on a regular basis to meet with clients
- Good analytical ability, team-work
- Self motivated and demonstrates initiative
