An exciting job opportunity of Senior Sales Manager for a payment solution company has arisen in Ho Chi Minh City.
About the Senior Sales Manager Role:
The key objective of the sales manager is to accelerate of new sales and to develop the sales strategy and team to address different market segments. The role is highly BtoB sales and will required lot of attention to customer feedback in order to enhance the service offer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall ownership of driving revenue within South Vietnam
- Develop, implement and execute company sales strategies
- Enhance fleet payment services offer
- Develop and maintain relationship with key business partners (petrol companies, gas station owners, logistics professionals, industry associations, fleet services suppliers)
- Develop and maintain healthy pipeline of large client prospect
- Actively organise sales calls and present to clients and partners
- Understand client requirement and liaise with IT & operation teams to develop best solution
- Prepare and present business proposal
- Ensure excellent deployment of business solution to clients
- Track and report sales activity and performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis as required by management
- Support other departments and management to help them achieve their objectives as they relate to the sales group
- Prepare yearly and monthly sales budget reports
To succeed in the role, you should have a strong understanding about payment and sales.
Key Requirements:
- University Degree or MBA + work experience overseas or international company
- Fluent in English – written and spoken
- Dynamic and driven individual
- Strong skill to network and connect with C’s level
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Industry background: Services
- Eight years of successful selling experience in B2B sales and business development of business management solutions (medium to large companies)
- Excellent knowledge of the logistics and transportation service markets and payment/ Fintech would be a plus
- Five years sales management role experience
- Proven team player with exceptional interpersonal and negotiating skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
- Organisational skills
