An exciting Sales Manager job has arisen in a leading firm in Ho Chi Minh.

About the Sales Manager Role:

In this job, you will take responsibility for B2B sales for insulation of HVAC accessories with the main customer development of MEP Contractor, Project Owner, Design Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing, leading and training a strong local sales team to deliver company objectives through effective planning, setting goals and exceeding sales targets
• Manage regular forecasting, sales activity reporting and evaluation
• Maintain regular contact and meet up with owners, developers, contractors, dealers and consultants
• Managing the marketing materials, campaigns and research etc
• Responsible for product specification to project realization stage
• Maintain and understanding of our competition & marketing trends
• Perform any ad hoc task as required by management

To succeed in this role, you must have good command of English.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in any Engineering discipline/ Business/Marketing
• Knowledge dealing with Architects, MEP consultants & contractors
• Proven track record of success in the sales cycle from planning to closing
• Strong interpersonal, communication and business development skills
• Ability to travel within the country and overseas in a short notice
• Knowledge of SAP will have added advantages
