Sales Manager – Plastics & Rubber

A global dynamic chemical trading company is looking for a Sales Manager job. This is a key position to maintain and develop new customers in plastics & rubber sector.

About the Sales Manager Role:

In this business critical role you will be responsible for defining the broad business development, delivering the highest quality service alongside.

Key Responsibilities:

• Secure and develop strong business relationship with existing MNC customers
• Promote and develop engineering plastics as PMC, PBT, ABS & PC
• Lead and assist for new suppliers and company’s projects
• Work with suppliers to negotiate the orders and expand the market
• Evaluate market information, make recommendations regarding trends, competitive products and processes to enhance the sales of products
• Prepare and submit monthly report to supplier on time and meet the given target
• Mange sales team to deliver the aligned sales target in assigned territories

To succeed in this role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with senior manager, across borders and internal matrix.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum BS degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent
• At least five to seven years of experience in sales and sales management for chemicals
• Sales management experience
• Fluent English communication and presentation
• Capable to build close relationship with suppliers
