An exciting Sales Manager for a B2B fintech company has arisen in Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam.
About the Sales Manager (Fintech B2B) Role:
Our client is currently developing leading services and payments platform (SaaS) that will revolutionise the professional fleet industry in Vietnam and across the region. In this role, you will have overall responsibility for client collaboration and customer on behalf of the business.
- Achievement of financial goals – delivering net budgets whilst driving profitability, working collaboratively with customers and internal stakeholders
- Develops and executes strategic plans to deliver business growth targets
- Has full understanding on the business operations and activities of the company as well as clients to offer tailored made solutions to their pain points to deliver growth for the company
- Partner with Partnership, Account Management and corporate marketing teams to identify any future growth / current launch plan opportunities
- Participate in presentations to potential clients to launch and leverage new product and growth opportunities
- Continually analyse competitor market to identify strengths and weaknesses and spot trends
- Develops independently a broad network of potential customers
- Effectively communicate with onsite team to brief on client strategy and opportunities to maximise market potential
- Monitor and communicate competitor activity and performance
- Works with General Manager in developing product distribution strategies and specific account growth in line with overall company strategy
To succeed in the role, you should have a strong understanding about business development and fintech.
- Minimum five years of experience in business development/sales responsibility
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Team player, inspires and mentors future team, likes to lead by example, inspires enthusiasm
- Self-reliant with the ability to make solid business decisions, independently
- Ability to relate with different stakeholders and enjoys the fast-paced fintech environment and to manage multiple responsibilities
- Proactive in problem-solving and taking initiative to improve business. Demonstrated experience negotiating outcomes with business partners
- Embraces change and adapts to new company initiatives/directions with flexibility
- Uses data available to keep up to date on performance and current business trends
- Makes oneself available to the clients and to colleagues – has a service mentality
- Understands, monitors and communicates competitor activity and performance
