Our client is a trusted global leader in tire and tube repairs and wheel service products from USA. The company is now looking for an experience Sales Director in Asean.
About the Sales Director Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for the company products sales in ASEAN countries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan for the SEA sales, lead sales team to achieve SEA sales and other financial objectives and complete SEA sales target. Products cover company products.
- Manage Activities of the SEA Sales Organisation – Provide leadership to insure the achievement of all SEA customer sales revenue targets and profitability. Coordinate communication and activities between all sales locations and personnel toward accomplishing organisational goals. Clearly and quickly works through the complexity of key issues, problems, and opportunities to affect action.
- Work and engage closely with the supply chain and customer service functions to ensure business operations efficiency & effectiveness. Keep a close communication with the other back office functions.
- Responsible for the reasonable use of the expenses of the subsidiary company to ensure the realisation of the profit.
- Keep in touch with headquarters to maintain business, administrative smooth communication, to solve the problems encountered in the business process.
- Understand and analyse the market trends, adjust the local sales strategy according to the actual situation of the market, strengthen the market influence of the brand. Provide the market information and collection and analysis of the competitor’s information.
- Coordinate training with the Commercial Trainer to ensure individuals and the team are up skilled and trained on company products/services
- Responsible for other work arranged by headquarters
To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above
- At Least 10 years’ sales experience, at least five years experience in automotive aftermarket and mining industry
- Fluent in English. Chinese is plus
- Excellent work performance, integrity
- Have good Innovation ability and team management ability
- 70% working hours for business travel
- Familiar with automotive after markets of SEA, especially the tire industry
