An exciting Senior Business Development Manager job has arisen in a leading firm in Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam.
About the Senior Business Development Manager Role:
Reporting to Country Manager, you will develop trust relationships with portfolios of major clients to achieve targeted revenue growth for the company business in Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect and close business opportunities with client prospects within predefined sales channels
- Drive the growth of the company’s sales and customer base
- Develop trust relationships with one or a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Proposing activities to drive revenue as per assigned key account client
- Defining account management strategy
- Executing and managing business plan as approved budget as per key account
- Prepare regular report of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
- Partnering with key stakeholders to win distribution deals within the following channels: Tele communication, electronic retail, OEMs/Brands, Banking/ewallet and consumer finance companies
To succeed in the role, you should have a strong understanding about business development and partnerships.
Key Requirements:
- Possess a degree with business or equivalent
- At least 10 years of relevant working experience in commercial, client-facing role coupled with good B2B key account management, sales management and project management skills and team management
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Possess strong presentation, planning, organisation and analytical skills
- Ability to handle customer complaints and/or requests with a sense of urgency and have the ability to be impartial and objective
- Strong team player, adaptable and versatile in working style
- Independent, energetic, passionate, proactive, performance-driven
- Good at management skill
