National Sales Manager - Fragrance

An international chemicals company specialising in fragrance for personal and home care industries is looking for a driven National Sales Manager to further support their business growth in Vietnam. This role will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager.

About the National Sales Manager Role:

This role handles all sales activities to expand the business in Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieving the sales objective of the fragrance division
• Building and maintaining strong, trusting and long-lasting customer relationships
• Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximise profit
• Managing customer complains, trouble shoot and provide solutions
• Actively seeking new sales opportunities
• Providing market intelligence and competitive information to the internal team

To succeed in this role, you should have experience in fragrance industry.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering/ Chemistry or other related fields
• Minimum of four year experience in personal care/home care/fragrance
• Possess great aptitude for fragrance products
• Native Vietnamese, with good communication skills in English
• Excellent listening, negotiation, problem solving, and presentation skills
• Dynamic, sales driven and can work under pressure
• Willing to travel
