Asia Sales Representative (Remote working)

An exciting remote Asia Sales Representative job has become available at one of the major player in wellness industry. Reporting directly to Regional Director, this is the role for the person who is a leader in their field.

About the Asia Sales Representative Role:

In this business critical role you will be responsible for defining the broad business sections, delivering the highest quality service alongside.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the development of the brands in existing markets: achieving sales, growth and profitability targets for the brands in the region as per the brand business strategy.
• Define and implement the commercial strategy for each brand on each market
• Manage the budget : responsible for the sales revenue, budget planning and definition of the price positioning with in-depth market analysis
• Annual negotiations on commercial conditions for each market
• Maintain strong relationship with existing partners by launching new products, implementing the Trade Marketing plan, improving brand awareness and setting-up training sessions
• Identify and open new markets for our three brands
• Worked closely with HQ (Marketing, Regulatory affairs, Legal, Export departments)
• Coordinate specific products developments for our local partners
• Follow product registration procedure, mainly for China market

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements:

• More than five years experience working in the same position
• Strategic thinking and problem solving ability with strong data analytic skills required, strong leadership
• Interpersonal skill, customer relations, planning and organising skills, negotiation skill
• Ability to work under pressure
