Specification Manager ( HCMC)

One of the biggest MNC companies is looking for a Specification Manager in Ho Chi Minh. In this job, you will work independently and be responsible for all sales activities to achieve the target.

About the Specification Manager Role:

In this role you will be responsible for promoting the business unit in Vietnam. You will also take a lead providing direction to all sales-related activities to achieve sales target.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sales in assigned areas to achieve sales target for project sectors
• Build and maintain good relationship with new and existing Project Developers, Design Consultants & Contractors
• To establish a close, long-lasting relationship with both new and existing customer bases that will ensure they continue/increase levels of business, provide technical expertise and advise
• To obtain specifications and contracts, locate and get in touch with prospective clients working on relevant construction projects
• To ensure that the company's products are specified, create designs, specifications, and details for architects, designers, and contractors
• Be in frequent communication with the marketing department as needed to ensure that the target market continues to see a strong brand presence
• Monitoring of on-site building projects upon request, working with the contractor to offer suggestions and resolve any issues

To succeed in this role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and cooperatively with senior manager, well-manage subordinates within internal matrix.

Key Requirements:

• Background Technical Education as a Civil Engineer or Architect experience in technical sales and specifications in the building materials industry of at least five years or greater
• Market and business awareness of the construction sector
• Empathetic communication, enjoys interacting with people
• Motivational abilities and teamwork are necessary
• Constant enhancement and customer focus
