National Sales Manager (Remotely working)

An exciting National Sales Manager job has become available at one of the multinational FMCG firms, based in HCMC. Reporting directly to Regional Country Manager, this is the role for the person who is a leader in their field.

About the National Sales Manager Role:

In this business critical role you will be responsible for defining the broad business sections, delivering the highest quality service alongside.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on sales strategies, giving action plans, sales forecast, budget planning for all packaged products of the brand
• Develop and maintain the business with key accounts and channels, including GT, MT and ecommerce
• Responsible for trading terms, strategies and guidelines. In charge of annual operational plan to achieve long-term plan objectives
• Responsible for monthly business performance assessment with all stakeholders (brand owner, licensing partner, manufacturing partner)
• Involve in new product development plans
• Responsible for the whole business operation in Vietnam, including P&L control

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements:

• More than five years working in the same position
• Strategic thinking and problem solving ability with strong data analytic skills required
• Interpersonal skill, customer relations, planning and organising skills, negotiation skill
• Ability to work under pressure
