A big manufacturer and exporter of spices is finding a talent for the position Sales & Marketing Manager to expand the business.
About the Sales & Marketing Manager Role:
This position includes all sales and marketing activities to promote company's products oversea and in Vietnam
- Key products: cassia, pepper and star anise
- Fulfil monthly, yearly target given by company and make strategic plans & implement to achieve target of sale & marketing
- Improve and operate the management system in sale; training and support subordinates of business unit
- Detail jobs for marketing:
- Lead and implement market initiatives for products.
- Develop deep market, customer to inform the portfolio roadmap and business & marketing strategies.
- Partner closely with product management and business leaders to prioritise and develop the product roadmap
- Develop go-to-market strategy including business goals, definition of target/persona, positioning, messaging, and sales narrative
- Manage and improve marketing material such as: Website, brochures, promotion gifts, market report to customers
- Detail jobs for sale:
- Find, maintain and develop relationships with existing customers and new customers
- Negotiate terms of agreement and closing sales; checking contract before getting CEO’s
- Work with all related departments concerning about sales contract
- Keep in touch with customer directly via phone, email etc
- Inform customer’s requirement to production department on time
- Handle complaint from customer
- Review the processing of transport from our factory to customer and update to customer on time; review Import & Export Plan.
To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.
- Over six years of experience in export sales and marketing
- Possess sense of pioneer/challenge, sense of ownership, logical thinking
- Good at negotiation, marketing, reporting, analysing, setting up target, making plan, solving problem, controlling schedule
