Regional Sales Manager - Feed Additives

A rapidly expanding animal nutrition company is looking for talented Regional Sales Manager - Indochina in Vietnam to take a newly created role. In this job, you will work independently and be responsible for all sales activities to achieve the target.

About the Regional Sales Manager Role:

In this role you will be responsible for promoting the new business unit in Vietnam. You will also take a lead providing direction to all sales and marketing - related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage business activities in the assigned region to develop and implement effective business strategies
• Maintain good relationships with customers, provide effective and customised services for each client
• Work directly with distribution partners to drive sales and growth revenue
• Identify opportunities and generate business to increase reach, company sales target
• Actively keep track of the market situation, business trend as well as competitor profile to implement or propose anticipate actions timely

To succeed in this role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-cooperatively with senior manager, across borders and internal matrix.

Key Requirements:

• Strong technical background in animal nutrition
• Solid knowledge of animal nutrition feed additives in particular
• Good English communication
• Experience in managing distributors as well as working with feed-mill clients
