Business Development Manager

One of the biggest MNC companies is looking for a Business Development Manager in Ho Chi Minh. In this job, you will work independently and be responsible for all sales activities to achieve the target.

About the Business Development Manager Role:

In this role you will be responsible for sales activities for Vietnam market. You will also plan, conduct and evaluate all project field sales activities in order to promote and support the company brand name in the assigned project market and key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish strong relationship with contractors/ designer/ ICCC for new opportunity
• Reach out to prospective clients by phone or email to build rapport and schedule meetings
• Continue to have successful relationships with current clients
• Participate in conferences, seminars, and industry events to learn about new projects
• Investigate businesses and people using a variety of channels to find fresh leads and potential new markets
• Actively schedule client meetings to present products, update new products, and conduct product demos
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing departments to create new business
• Aid team members in acquiring new abilities by providing them with training

To succeed in this role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and cooperatively with senior manager, well-manage subordinates within internal matrix.

Key Requirements:

• At least five years in the same positions (BD, Sales, Marketing, etc.) in a foreign or multinational company
• It's advantageous to have management experience
• Have building materials and construction industry experience skill
• Strong business development capabilities; experience with strategic planning; strong leadership qualities
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in both Vietnamese and English
