About the Sales Manager Role:

Key responsibilities:
Drive Sales Development: Take the lead in driving sales development activities in Vietnam to US, utilising strategic thinking and innovative approaches to break into mid-sized multinational accounts and achieve business growth
Proactive Business Acquisition: Demonstrate a proactive approach to business acquisition by actively engaging in sales efforts, including making calls and knocking on doors to generate new leads and opportunities
Relationship Building: Develop and cultivate valuable external relationships with key individuals who have influence over cargo-related decision-making, ensuring a strong network and fostering mutually beneficial partnerships
To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.
Key Requirements:
The successful candidate will have in excess of five years’ experience in the industry
Fluent in English
Strong desire to be involved in direct sales & promotional work
Successful background in business development within the freehand cargo sector, demonstrating a track record of identifying and capitalising on opportunities
Candidate will be based in HCMC and in Hanoi and should be familiar with business opportunities in North and South Provinces of Vietnam
Comfortable in industry related social situations and willing to develop relationships outside of formal settings
Proven ability to proactively establish and nurture valuable external relationships with individuals who wield influence over cargo-related decision-making
