About the Business Development Manager Role:
In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic plan to drive business growth and revenue in Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a strategic plan to drive business growth and revenue in Vietnam
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, universities, and government agencies
Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions to meet the needs of our clients
Manage the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing
Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns
Monitor and analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and key stakeholders
Manage a team of business development executives and provide coaching and support as required
To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Minimum of five years' experience in business development, sales, or marketing
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to meet the needs of our clients
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Experience managing a team and providing coaching and support as required
Fluent in English and Vietnamese
