An international fabric manufacturer is finding a talent for the position Business Unit Manager to maintain and expand the business.

About the Fabric Unit Sales Manager Role:

This position includes all commercial activities to manage the sales team to maintain and expand the business in Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and develop sales plan/ forecast (target customers and products) that meets company strategy
• Lead Sales Team (sales associates and/or sales admin) to implement plans and achieve company targets. Lead and coach sales teams to improve sales ability and carry out relevant operations
• Coordinate with supply chain factories- yarn mill, dyeing factory and knitting mills

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Have a minimum of diploma degree in any discipline
• Have a minimum of five years of experiences as a Sales Executive for the textile industry
• Must have experience in knit fabric products
• Have excellent negotiation skills, strong personality, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and coach team members
• Proactive with problem solving ability
• Business level English for both oral and written
• Vietnamese a must, also Chinese preferred
