An international leading company in water treatment is finding a talent for the position Business Development Manager to expand the business in Vietnam. The position would suit someone who is passionate about manufacturing industry, food & beverage, textile and garment, micro-electronic, data-centres, pharmaceutical.
About the Business Development Manager Role:
This position is primarily responsible for selling, speciality chemicals, equipment, consultancy and associated services. People skills, teamwork, and the ability to approach and interact with a range of stakeholders are also a must.
Key Responsibilities:
Sell technical products (preferred water treatment) to manufacturing industry, F&B, Textiles and Garment, Micro-Electronic, Data-Centres, Pharmaceutical
Drive new customer acquisition & highly self-motivated to win new business
Understanding of production engineering and utilities system is highly preferred
Develop a sales pyramid in CRM, lead follow-up and proposal generation for the sale of capital, injection skid and dosing equipment, mobile, service contracts and expendables
Close sales by generating and executing sales plans in assigned territory, possibly the whole of Vietnam
Evaluate all revenue generating opportunities prospect and make proposals as appropriate
Engage in problem solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data and providing written recommendations to ensure customer operations are performing at optimal levels
Creating and reaching customer agreement on value propositions that focus on our competitive advantage derived from our broad product portfolio and have strong focus on value selling
Provide effective technical recommendations to resolve operational issues and generate reports documenting the value of our equipment & services
Meet sales targets by meeting or exceeding key metrics for revenue, account retention & profitability
To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.
Key Requirements:
Min five years working experience in selling technical products (preferred water treatment) to manufacturing industry, F&B, Textiles and Garment, Micro-Electronic, Data-Centres, Pharmaceutical
Years of successful technical sales or outside sales experience utilising a consultative sales approach
Prior experience working in or familiarity with industrial environments
