About the Senior BD Manager Role:
The Senior Sales Manager is accountable for meeting sales and revenue targets for the global professional IT services operating in Vietnam. The role includes business development, strategic consulting, opportunity identification, pricing negotiations, contract development, and collaborating with the sales & service team to propose solutions to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop strong relationships with customer leadership in various sectors
Coach and lead sales teams to achieve company targets
Collaborate on territory account plans to maximise opportunities and boost sales
Identify and engage prospective customers to meet monthly sales targets
Lead negotiations, coordinate decision-making, and seize new business opportunities
Create an annual marketing plan to generate leads and strengthen sales pipelines, increasing brand presence in the local market
Ensure compliance of proposals and contracts with company policies
Deliver accurate and timely sales forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Establish a strong presence in the Vietnamese business and industry communities
To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.
Key Requirements:
Master's degree in business, finance, technology, or equivalent
Minimum 10 years of professional sales leadership and management experience in enterprise software solutions or consulting services
Proficient in solution selling with a proven track record of surpassing corporate objectives
Exceptional at establishing trust and relationships with C-level executives
Highly motivated and results-oriented with strong people development skills
Skilled in professional presentation, communication, and team leadership for target achievement
Demonstrates strong problem-solving and consultative abilities
ERP or business consulting experience and knowledge is a plus
Excellent communication and writing skills in both Vietnamese and English
