About the Head of Sales Role:

The Head of Sales is responsible to lead our sales team in the Vietnam market (Enterprise and SMB). You will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our digital products, lead a team of 5-7 dedicated professionals and be responsible for crafting and executing sales strategies to achieve targets and build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of 5-7 sales professionals, setting clear goals, providing guidance, and ensuring the team's success
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth within the Enterprise segment in the Vietnam market
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer needs, and adapt sales strategies accordingly
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth for the e-learning product portfolio
• Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to the sales team to enhance their performance and skills
• Accurately forecast sales revenue and manage sales pipelines to ensure consistent growth
• Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and product development, to ensure the alignment of strategies and product offerings

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Proven experience in enterprise sales, with a minimum of five years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of the B2B/ SaaS industry and the Vietnam market
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in sales and CRM software
