About the Business Development Manager Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding market presence in Vietnam. This is a remote position that requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels to drive revenue growth and market expansion
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and suppliers
Develop and execute strategic business plans, including sales forecasts, budgeting, and pricing strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product launch and marketing campaigns
Monitor and analyse sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics to provide strategic insights and recommendations
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the brand and establish partnerships
To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.
10+ years of experience in business development, preferably within the FMCG industry
Proven track record of successfully driving business growth and achieving sales targets
Strong understanding of the FMCG market in Vietnam and the ability to identify market opportunities
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently and remotely, while maintaining high productivity and achieving goals
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Fluent in English
