A global leading company is looking for a Technical Sales Manager to join their team in Ho Chi Minh City.
About the Technical Sales Manager Role:
In this business critical role you will be responsible for defining the broad business development, delivering the highest quality service alongside.
Key Responsibilities:
Jointly responsible for the achievement of the sale revenue every fiscal year
Develop and implement the annual account plan for sales with assigned customers in Vietnam
Provide technical presentation to customers
Oversees distributors, this includes providing technical and product knowledge support
Manage account pricing in accordance to directions
Collaborate with the team in Vietnam to implement and ensure completion of the country sales strategic plans
Make technical presentation to key customers, including distributors during local technical conference/roadshow/seminars
Provide technical insights during visits to key customers
Provide scientific rigour to: Marketing and commercial trial protocols before implementation; R&D on in vitro and in vivo trial protocols before implementation
Design and follow up trial protocols with key customers and follow up closely on the trial implementation
Interact with the authorities regarding the registration of products in Vietnam
To succeed in this role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with senior manager, across borders and internal matrix.
Key Requirements:
Qualified degree to practice Veterinary Science / Doctor in Veterinary Medicine with minimum five years of hands-on experience in livestock production and disease.
Well respected in the industry for providing practical solutions.
Strong interpersonal skills to be able to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
Outstanding presentation, selling and negotiating skills.
Self-motivated, able to work in an unsupervised capacity whilst maintaining focus.
Results-oriented, clear, persistent, patient and proactive communication skills.
Be updated with veterinary matters.
Superior project management skills with experience in planning, innovating, developing and selling value-added propositions using sound technical and commercial reasoning
Good knowledge of the English Language is mandatory
