An exciting Sales Leader job has arisen in a leading firm in Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam.
About the Sales Leader Role:
Sales Leader is to meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative. This position will be responsible for maximising the sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
Archive growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Making reports to principal
Communicate suppliers regularly on exchange market information, competitors’ landscape
Monitor inventory, purchase orders, profit and loss of business
Consult with Business Director for quotations to customers and price negotiation with suppliers
To inform Business Director and suppliers of loss of sales and reasons thereof immediately when they are discovered
Take responsible for dead stock & slow moving
To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
Min. three years of experience in product and technical knowledge (Knowledge about formulation of Insecticide, Herbicide, Fungicide in agro industry and sales skill)
Background in technical support, product development or project management
