A global logistics company is looking for talented Strategic Client Manager to join their team. The role is accountable for developing and delivering on relationships with customer accounts. This entails developing and executing key account strategies, developing long-term strategic relationships with customers to support the company in achieving its business goals.
About the Strategic Client Manager Role:
In this business critical role you will be responsible for defining the broad business development, delivering the highest quality service alongside.
Hunt for new business opportunities with new MNCs & local customers within the focus categories (Retail/ FMCG/ Technology/ Automotive/ 3PL/ Express/ E-com) by managing and developing the relationship with customers and the sub-entity of the contractual customer in line with global strategy to seek opportunities & fill up the sites
Develop a local value proposition to be included in global inquiries with global customers
Develop local business plan for increasing opportunities to create the company's presence overall supply chain Share of Wallet and positions
Grow local presence across provinces in the South, North & Central with the local customers and sub-entity of the global customer through new & additional leasing opportunities
Define the local value proposition and work closely with the investment team and project team to grow and deliver revenue growth supporting the local P&L
Create a customer pool across verticals to boost the opportunities
Responsible for customer satisfaction
Deliver opportunity revenue
Ensure successful business onboarding and contract compliance
To succeed in this role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with senior manager, across borders and internal matrix.
Education Background: Bachelor's Degree in university
More than five years experience in sales/commercial in 3PL companies, focusing on warehouse service
Strong network in the industrial property & logistics real estate are big advantages
Strong understanding of the demands of the customer in the logistics sector and its related operation
Ability to expand the company's exposure, branding, and customer network
Customer-centric and solution provider
Ability to identify customer’s needs & requirements
Good communication and presentation skills both in Vietnamese and English
