With a strong presence in the market, we are expanding our operations in Vietnam and are seeking a talented Business Development Manager to drive growth and establish a robust market presence.es in Vietnam, this position is fully responsible for: Organisational- Operation Development and business planning.
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify key trends, opportunities, and challenges in the Vietnam telecommunications and data communication sectors
Analyse competitor activities and market dynamics to formulate effective strategies
Develop and implement a strategic business plan for the Vietnam market, outlining clear objectives, target segments, and growth initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategies with overall organisational goals.
Identify and engage potential clients, building strong relationships to understand their needs and position our products and services effectively
Actively pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand our market share
Develop and execute plans for market expansion, including the establishment of distribution channels and partnerships
Explore new business avenues and drive initiatives to diversify our product offerings
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction
Gather customer feedback to enhance product offerings and service delivery
To succeed in this role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and cooperatively with management team, well-manage subordinates within internal matrix.
Bachelor's degree in IT/ Telecom
Proven experience in business development within the telecommunications or related industry, with a focus on solution for fiber optics being advantageous
Strong understanding of the Vietnam market and business landscape about GPON, FTTH
Wide connection with clients in Telco sector (VNPT, Viettel, etc) is a plus
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
Fluency in both English and Vietnamese languages
