The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales activities, focusing on prospecting new opportunities in the Feed Industry business. This includes organic & hydroxy trace minerals, feed milling efficiency programs, mycotoxins, gut health programs, phytogenics, dairy feed ingredients & premixes.

What you'll do:

As a Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our client's success. You will be tasked with planning how to establish and maintain major account relationships in Vietnam, selling a diverse range of products and services. Your ability to uncover the crucial needs of customers, link these needs to relevant solutions, and close deals will be key to your success. You will also be responsible for monitoring competitive activity within each account, formulating response strategies as necessary. Additionally, you will monitor the credit worthiness of accounts and follow up on collections.

  • Establish and maintain major account relationships in Vietnam
  • Sell the full line of products and services, developing innovative sales approaches
  • Uncover crucial customer needs and requirements, linking them to relevant solutions and products
  • Align demands and expectations of the customer with the internal organisation
  • Monitor competitive activity in each account and formulate appropriate response strategies
  • Monitor credit worthiness of accounts and follow up on collection

What you bring:

The ideal Key Account Manager will bring a wealth of experience from a similar commercial B2B role. With at least five years' experience under your belt, you'll have proven your ability to sell value in a B2B environment. Your educational background ideally lies within agribusiness, animal science, animal nutrition or animal health. You're adept at creating compelling presentations that effectively convey strategic messages. Your strong listening skills enable you to understand customer needs and your fluency in Vietnamese and English allows you to communicate effectively.

  • Degree level education ideally in agribusiness/animal science/animal nutrition/animal health/Agri-Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant commercial B2B role
  • Experience with selling Feed Additives
  • Proven track record in value selling in a B2B environment
  • Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations
  • Strong listening skills to understand customer needs
  • Fluency in Vietnamese & English (writing and speaking)
