Our client is seeking a dynamic and committed Head of International Sales to lead their sales team and drive international growth. What you'll do:
As the Head of International Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving our client's global growth. You will be entrusted with developing both short-term and long-term business strategies for the International Channel Sales department. Your leadership skills will be put to use as you build and guide a high-performing sales team. You will also take charge of achieving ambitious sales targets. Your analytic skills will come into play as you research target markets and stay abreast of international market trends. Furthermore, you will establish relationships with distributors while enhancing customer service.

* Build and lead a high-performing sales team, focusing on effective recruitment, development, and management of subordinates
* Take responsibility for achieving sales targets and commitments
* Research and analyse target markets, staying updated on international market development trends

* Prepare yearly progress plans, budgets, and sales reports
* Develop sales policies for the channel and negotiate distribution contract terms

With a minimum educational level of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, you have spent at least 3-5 years honing your skills in a similar role. Your passion for business development is evident in your proactive approach to work. You possess excellent communication skills that enable you to solve problems effectively while organising your team efficiently.

* 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role is preferred
