What you'll do:

As a Sales Representative in our Engineering Plastics Division, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales strategy. You will be responsible for developing detailed sales plans, keeping abreast of market activities and industry trends, and managing relationships with key accounts. Your understanding of market trends will guide your decisions on material imports and stock control. Your commitment to customer service will shine as you seek out new customers while nurturing existing relationships. You will also have the opportunity to explore new markets or applications.   • Develop comprehensive sales plans with a deep understanding of products, market, competitors, and pricing
  • Maintain current knowledge of market activities and industry trends, converting this information into actionable plans

  • Understand market trends to plan material imports and control stock effectively

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Sales Representative role brings a blend of technical knowledge and interpersonal skills. With a degree in Marketing or a Science-related field, you have developed a solid understanding of relevant industries. Your experience in chemical trading polymer sets you apart. Your computer skills are well-honed, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint. You thrive under pressure, bringing an entrepreneurial spirit to your work. Your team-working skills are excellent, and you communicate fluently in English. Proficiency in Japanese, Korean, or Chinese would be a significant advantage.

  • University or College Degree in Marketing or Science related field
  • Knowledge of relevant industries coupled with strong interpersonal, presentation & selling skills
  • 1-2 years’ experience in chemical trading polymer is preferred
  • Proficiency in computer skills (MS Office), especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work with an entrepreneurial spirit under high pressure
  • Excellent team working skills
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Japanese/Korean/Chinese is advantageous
