Our client is seeking a dynamic and committed Sales Manager to drive the performance of their Field Sales channel. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop strategic plans, manage a diverse portfolio of multi-sector Business Customers, and contribute significantly to the company's growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for hunting new business customers, maintaining existing accounts, and achieving yearly financial targets.

What you'll do:

As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the performance of our client's Field Sales channel. You will be tasked with developing strategic plans based on country targets, ensuring these targets are met, and steering sales performance through effective processes. Your role will also involve managing a diverse portfolio of multi-sector Business Customers, winning new customers, retaining existing ones, and fostering their development. Gathering customer and market information to keep the Product and Trade Lane updated on current conditions will also fall under your purview. A key part of your role will be investing time and effort into nurturing critical relationships between multi-sector Business Customers and other parts of the organisation.

  • Manage and drive performance of Field Sales channel in a country
