What you'll do:

As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's success. Your primary responsibility will be achieving growth and hitting sales targets by designing and implementing strategic sales plans. You will also be tasked with building accurate sales forecasts, making quotations with the highest margins, and taking care of export markets. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to develop new products based on customer requirements. Your role will also involve cooperating with various departments to ensure customers receive the best service possible. Furthermore, you will utilise social media platforms and other marketing channels to publicise events, special promotions, and newsworthy happenings.

  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base
  • Building sales forecast with level of accuracy
  • Making the quotation with the highest margin
  • Taking care of and developing export markets using both business channels (direct and indirect)
  • Remaining existing market and developing new market

What you bring:

The ideal Account Manager will bring a wealth of experience in sales export and agent management. She should possess at least three years of experience in a similar role. A bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Foreign Economics, Business Administration or International Economics is required. Fluency in English is a must, and knowledge of Chinese will be an added advantage. She should have a good understanding of export sales procedures and a strong knowledge about PVC Resin/Compound/Plastic/Chemistry/Polymer. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential for this role. Additionally, proficiency in using social media platforms and marketing tools is required.

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Foreign Economics, Business Administration or International Economics
  • At least three years of experience in a similar position in sales export and agent management
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Chinese is a plus
