Our client is seeking a dedicated and passionate Sales Manager to join their team in Binh Duong. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within the chemical industry, supplying solvents/chemicals for inks in packaging industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring sales KPIs, managing customer relationships, and developing new customers. This role requires a proactive individual with good sense of business activities, and a passion for sales.

What you'll do:

As a Sales Manager in the Chemical Industry, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our client's business. You will be responsible for monitoring sales KPIs on a quarterly basis to ensure yearly targets are met. Your role will involve coaching your sales team, taking up challenging client breakthrough actions when necessary, and working closely with customers to develop business targets and priorities. You will also be tasked with collecting market information to optimise business volume and pricing excellence. Your ability to stay close to customers through frequent visits and engagements will be crucial in building accurate rolling sales forecasts.

  • Monitor Sales’ KPI in various aspects quarterly in order to reach the yearly target eventually
  • Work out business targets, build territory/account development plan and obtain business goals
  • Manage tactically customer relationship, identify customer challenges to provide value solutions, fulfil customer demand
  • Collect the latest and qualified information for market demand, supply, price and buying sentiments relevant to the products
  • Consolidate market information, analyse short term and long term demand growing trends, identify market risk and barriers
  • Stay close to customer by frequently visit and engagement to build customer profile
  • Develop new products and customers, raise up sample request and coordinate with technical team to get the best testing result at customer site

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Sales Manager position brings along at least five years of experience in the chemical industry. A wide network within the inks and packaging industry is preferred. A bachelor’s degree in science or chemicals will be an added advantage. The candidate should have a proactive approach towards work, strong leadership skills, and a good sense of business activities. A passion for sales, resilience, high EQ, and good sense of empathy are also key to success in this role. Fluent English communication skills are essential.

  • Bachelor’s degree on science or chemicals is a plus
