What you'll do:

As a Technical Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving sales within our Feed Additives division. Your primary responsibility will be identifying business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and closing deals. You will utilise your expertise in selling feed additives in the livestock sector to further expand our footprint. Your ability to research and analyse market trends will be crucial in identifying target customers. You will also stay informed about competitor’s activities to effectively position our offerings in the market. Your role will involve conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations, preparing persuasive sales proposals, and leading negotiations with customers.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Technical Sales Manager - Livestock Feed Additive role brings a wealth of experience from the feed additives market. With a minimum of a bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Nutrition Science, Biochemistry or a similar field, you have spent 5-7 years honing your sales skills and developing a strong understanding of technical feed products. Your excellent communication skills, both in Vietnamese and English, have enabled you to build good links in the industry and work effectively with customer staff at different levels. Your entrepreneurial, proactive and independent working style is complemented by your proficiency in MS Office.

  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree, ideally in Animal Science, Nutrition Science, Biochemistry or similar field
  • 5-7 years of sales experience within the feed additives market
  • Strong understanding of technical feed products
  • Good links in the industry (integrators, feed mills, farms, farm-level distributors)
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with customer staff at different levels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese and English
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive and independent working style
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Outlook)
