What you'll do:

You'll analyse market trends and competitor data to refine your strategies, ensuring that our products reach as many customers as possible. Your role will also involve establishing a robust sales network, collaborating on key projects, identifying potential key accounts, and executing effective marketing plans. Additionally, you'll conduct product training for distributors, preparing them to represent our products effectively.

  • Establish and maintain a strong sales and distribution network
  • Ensure timely order collection and accurate forecasting
  • Support participation in industry conferences and exhibitions
  • Develop targeted marketing plans in collaboration with the Line Manager

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Area Sales Manager position will bring a wealth of experience from the ICU & OR medical device field. With at least three years of sales experience, you will have developed strong communication and negotiation skills. You will be adept at analysing market trends and using this information to develop strategic plans. Your excellent organisational skills will ensure you can manage time effectively, while your willingness to travel will enable you to cover the assigned territory comprehensively.

  • Bachelor's degree in bio-medical or related field
  • Minimum of three year's sales experience in ICU & OR medical device field
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyse market trends and develop strategic plans
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
