What you'll do:
As a Sales Account Manager, your primary role will be to drive the growth of our client's fragrance sales in North Vietnam. You will be tasked with developing a comprehensive marketing and sales plan, targeting large and medium B2B prospects. Your responsibilities will also include managing client relationships, coordinating fragrance briefs, negotiating prices, and conducting regular client visits. You will play a crucial role in achieving the company's sales targets while ensuring that all activities align with the overall business strategy.
- Develop a yearly Marketing & Sales plan to target large & medium B2B Clients in North Vietnam
- Propose & Implement an Individual Customer Action Plan- Sales Plan aligned with the strategy in terms of segment, market and customer’s profiles
- Manage, coordinate, follow client fragrance briefs according to our strategy & capabilities
- Negotiate prices following company pricing policy
- Regularly visit clients to present our product offer
- Keep & update reporting process after all customer visits
- Prepare a short monthly general report highlighting pertinent business points including customers’ situation and market evolutions
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Sales Account Manager position brings extensive experience in the fragrance industry along with strong connections within the sector. You have been involved directly or indirectly with FMCG in an olfactive product category. Your educational background includes at least a Bachelor's degree in any specialty. You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. A perfect command of spoken and written English along with strong computer skills are essential for this role.
- 5 to 10 years’ experience in the fragrance industry
- Direct connection with key clients related to our industry
- Involvement directly or indirectly into FMCG with olfactive product category
- Master (or Bachelor) degree any specialties
- Good interpersonal and communication skills & ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Perfect command of spoken and written English and computer skills
