What you'll do:
As a Senior Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to research and develop understanding of various markets and industries. You will design meaningful training materials and case studies that resonate with our clients. Your excellent communication skills will be put to use as you deliver top-notch training programs, inspiring trainees on their learning journey. You will also engage with prospective clients, understanding their needs and designing effective capability development solutions. A significant part of your role will involve playing a key role in the company's digital transformation and business expansion efforts.
* Understand markets, industries, emerging trends and thought leadership for capability development
* Design training materials and case studies that are relevant to our clients
* Deliver best-in-class programs and inspire trainees on their learning journey
* Engage prospective clients, understand their needs, and design effective capability development solutions

* Travel occasionally to meet clients, collaborate with colleagues, and conduct trainings across APAC countries
What you bring:
The ideal Senior Consultant brings a minimum of 6 years of consulting or industry experience along with a Bachelor’s degree from a Global Top 100 University. Your exceptional communication & presentation skills make you stand out - when you speak, people pay attention. You have a passion for capability development and are happy to commit time delivering training to our clients. Your strong ownership behaviour ensures you deliver stellar results with minimal supervision. Flexibility to travel occasionally is also required.
