Our client is seeking a dynamic Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth, build strategic partnerships, and expand their market in the South Region. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for sales, and possesses excellent leadership skills. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team, contribute to key projects and tenders, and cultivate relationships with key accounts.

What you'll do:


As an Area Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving sales growth in the South Region:

  • Develop and execute sales plan, including forecasting, to meet monthly and annual sales targets
  • Analyze market trends and competitor data to refine sales strategies
  • Build and sustain a strong sales and distribution network
  • Collaborate with distributors to pursue key projects and tenders
  • Cultivate relationships with key accounts to strengthen brand loyalty
  • Support participation in industry conferences and exhibitions
  • Identify and engage potential key accounts
  • Implement marketing plans to drive sales and enhance brand awareness


What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in biomedical or a related field
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in the medical devices sector, preferably with big devices
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency in analyzing market trends and developing strategic plans
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in English communication
