What you'll do:
As a Sales Manager in Fabric, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our client's business. Your primary responsibility will be to utilise your personal customer resources to conduct sales activities. You will formulate and execute fabric sales plans to ensure the achievement of sales targets. Your role will also involve expanding the market, developing new customers, and maintaining existing customer relationships. You will build and manage a sales team, providing them with training, motivation, and guidance. Regular visits to customers will be part of your routine, where you'll recommend new products and understand their development trends. Your active participation in the development and research of the fabric market will be crucial. You'll frequently visit stores and markets to promptly obtain information on fashion trends. Regular updates and adjustments to sales strategies according to company policies and customer needs will also fall under your purview.
