What you'll do:

As a Senior Sales Leader, you will play a crucial role in meeting our client's customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. You will be tasked with maximising the potential of the sales team through effective leadership and strategic planning. Your responsibilities will include designing business plans that expand the company's customer base, setting objectives for your team, building strong customer relationships, presenting detailed reports to management, and identifying emerging markets.

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
  • Set objectives, coach, and monitor performance of sales representatives
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Senior Sales Leader position brings a wealth of experience in product knowledge and technical support. With at least 6 years of experience under your belt, you have developed a strong business sense and industry expertise. Your background may lie in technical support, product development or project management. You are known for your excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is essential for this role as well as excellent presentation skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in product and technical knowledge
  • Background in technical support, product development or project management
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with excellent presentation skills
