This role, based in the vibrant city of Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam, offers an exciting opportunity to expand and maintain key customer networks within various sectors such as Retail, FMCG, Technology, Automotive, 3PL, Express and E-commerce. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing local business plans to increase leasing opportunities and grow the company's presence across provinces in South, North & Central Vietnam. * Opportunity to expand and maintain key customer networks * Role focused on increasing leasing opportunities and growing company presence * Position based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

What you'll do:

As a Strategic Client Manager, your role will be pivotal in expanding the company's customer network. You will be tasked with hunting for new business opportunities within various sectors such as Retail/FMCG/Technology/Automotive/3PL/Express/E-com. Your ability to develop a local value proposition that can be included in global inquiries will be crucial. You will also work towards growing the company's presence across provinces in South, North & Central Vietnam through new and additional leasing opportunities. Your responsibilities will also include creating a customer pool across verticals to boost leasing opportunities, ensuring customer satisfaction, delivering opportunity revenue and ensuring successful business onboarding and contract compliance.

  • Hunt for new business opportunities with new MNC & local customers within the focus categories.
  • Develop a local value proposition to be included in global inquiries with global customers.
  • Grow local presence across provinces in the South, North & Central with the local customers.
  • Create a customer pool across Verticals to boost the Leasing opportunities.
  • Responsible for Customer Satisfaction.
  • Deliver Opportunity Revenue.
  • Ensure successful business onboarding and contract compliance.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Strategic Client Manager role brings a wealth of experience from sales/commercial roles within 3PL companies. With a Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university and 7-10 years' experience under your belt, you have developed a strong network within the Industrial Property & Logistics Real Estate sector. Your previous experience as an Estate Manager for major International 3PL companies has given you local expertise and a deep understanding of the demands of customers in the logistics sector. Your ability to expand the company’s exposure, branding, and customer network is crucial. You are customer-centric with strong problem-solving skills and have excellent communication and presentation skills both in English & Chinese.

  • Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university.
  • 7 – 10 years’ experience in sales/commercial roles within 3PL companies.
  • Strong network within the Industrial Property & Logistics Real Estate sector.
  • Experience as an Estate Manager for major International 3PL companies with local expertise.
  • Strong understanding of the demands of customers in the logistics sector and its related operation.
  • Ability to expand the company’s exposure, branding, and customer network.
  • Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills both in English & Chinese.
