This role is based in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam and offers an exciting opportunity to develop Synthetic Rubber (SR) market in Asia region (Vietnam, China, Taiwan, Malaysia,...) . The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing new clients, and generating real sales from sales pipelines. * Based in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam * Experience in synthetic rubber required * Opportunity to develop the SR market

What you'll do:

As a Sales Manager, your primary focus will be on developing the Synthetic Rubber (SR) market across different applications. You will evaluate both the natural rubber and shoe markets to create effective sales funnels for SBR, IR, and NBR. Your role will also involve conducting comprehensive market analyses of the blender NR segment. Identifying business opportunities for various products will be crucial to your success. Furthermore, you are expected to generate real sales from these pipelines within a six-month development period.

  • Develop the SR market in various applications
  • Evaluate the natural rubber market including blended natural rubber to create a sales funnel for SBR in Vietnam
  • Evaluate the shoes market to create a sales funnel for IR and NBR
  • Conduct market analysis about blender NR segment: market size, market split, key player, trade flow and trends
  • Identify business opportunities of products
  • Generate real sales from sales pipelines within a 6-month development period

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Sales Manager position brings proven sales experience in synthetic rubber, preferably gained within China and other regions. You possess industrial knowledge about shoes, rubber goods, and the tire industry. Your ability to communicate effectively in English is essential for this role; additional Chinese language skills would be advantageous. You are comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is required.
