What You'll Do

Business Development:

• Develop and execute a business development plan.
• Generate new business and build internal relationships.
• Achieve revenue and targets consistently.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Candidate Management:

• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
• Source, select, and assess candidates' skills and career goals.
• Organize and coordinate interviews, and brief candidates on roles.
• Present high-quality candidates to your team to maximise the opportunities to support the candidates with.
• Maintain regular contact with candidates and keep the database updated.
• Provide consultation to a large network of candidates.

Client Engagement:

• Arrange and attend meetings with clients to build long-term relationships.
• Understand clients' business and culture to offer tailored solutions.
• Present candidate profiles to clients and manage the interview process for job orders.
• Ensure the database reflects all business dealings accurately.
• Lead and support candidate and client events.

What You Bring

• 3-5 years of professional experience in your field.
