This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and expand relationships with key decision makers within supplier and customer organisations, generate profit strategies, and lead a team towards achieving business goals. What you'll do:

As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing relationships with key stakeholders within supplier and customer organisations. Your ability to generate innovative profit strategies will be crucial in driving the success of the business. You will be responsible for analysing market conditions, developing business strategies, and initiating profitable trading transactions. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to liaise effectively with various parties including ship owners/brokers, suppliers, and customers.

  • Developing and expanding relationships with key decision makers within supplier and customer organisations for sourcing and sale of products
  • Generating strategies for production of profits in both long and short market scenarios
  • Analysing supply/demand conditions, historical trends, projections of consumption, availability, manufacturing capacity utilization and competitive pricing strategies for the product group
  • Developing the team's business strategy, profit targets, action plan and performance measurement criteria
  • Initiating and concluding profitable trading transactions with minimum risk and maximum return
  • Communicating effectively throughout all levels of the company, ship owners/brokers, suppliers and customers

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Sales Manager position brings a wealth of experience in PVC sales along with a proactive approach to work. Your ability to work independently coupled with your bottom-line orientation will enable you to drive profitable transactions. Your effective time management skills will ensure that commitments are kept and deadlines are consistently met. Your excellent communication skills will facilitate effective interaction across all levels of the company as well as with ship owners/brokers, suppliers, and customers. Your familiarity with PVC products along with your research and analysis skills will be invaluable in this role.
