This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop new business opportunities, expand product lines, and provide regular market intelligence. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the go-to-market strategy in Vietnam, managing customer and market growth, and planning future expansion. What you'll do:
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth in Vietnam. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, expanding product lines, providing regular market intelligence, and defining the go-to-market strategy. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to establish strong relationships with stakeholders from business development, sales, technical service teams as well as with customers. Your ability to monitor performance against set goals will be crucial in ensuring the success of your strategies.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Senior Sales Executive role brings a wealth of experience in Sales/Marketing/Business Development with direct sales experience in the Masterbatch, Pigments or Polymer Industry. You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in English and Chinese. Your ability to work independently coupled with your strong business and competitor analysis skills sets you apart. A Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Polymer or related discipline is required for this role.
