What you'll do:

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth in Vietnam. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, expanding product lines, providing regular market intelligence, and defining the go-to-market strategy. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to establish strong relationships with stakeholders from business development, sales, technical service teams as well as with customers. Your ability to monitor performance against set goals will be crucial in ensuring the success of your strategies.

  • Develop and implement country strategy consisting of target markets, applications, products, and new territory
  • Ensure market and territory coverage, develop market intelligence, and monitor performance
  • Implement & frequently review the actual progress against medium-term plan & short-term goals
  • Work with Business Development to develop brand owners and new application fields
  • Initiate growth projects involving strategic business managers and sales
  • Establish a relationship and business conditions with assigned customers, brand owners, and R&D centers as deemed necessary to understand, obtain insight to develop potential future business

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Senior Sales Executive role brings a wealth of experience in Sales/Marketing/Business Development with direct sales experience in the Masterbatch, Pigments or Polymer Industry. You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in English and Chinese. Your ability to work independently coupled with your strong business and competitor analysis skills sets you apart. A Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Polymer or related discipline is required for this role.
