You will be responsible for supervising the operation of these distributors, working closely with them to continuously improve their performance. Your keen eye for identifying new product opportunities will be vital in meeting local market requirements and increasing sales potential. Additionally, you will constantly monitor market dynamics, reporting on key competitor movements. Supporting brand enhancement and marketing activities in the local market will also fall under your remit. * Coordinate with local distributors in executing company’s policies and achieving business objectives * Supervise the operation of local distributors and work closely with them for continuous improvement * Search for new distributors and look for opportunities to optimise existing distribution network * Identify and raise product adaptation/new product opportunities in order to meet local market requirements and increase sales potential * Constantly monitor market dynamics and report the latest movements of key competitors in the market * Support brand enhancement/marketing activities in the local market What you bring: The ideal Sales Manager candidate brings a wealth of experience to the table. With at least 5 years of sales experience, you understand the nuances of these markets. Your background in the sanitaryware industry gives you an edge over others. Your fluency in English, both written and oral, allows you to communicate effectively; if you have Chinese language skills, that's a big plus! You are receptive towards challenges, possess a strong team spirit, and can work under pressure while remaining self-motivated to drive results.
