An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Chiller Sales Manager to join a leading HVAC and Chiller solutions provider. In this dynamic role, you will lead and drive the sales team, ensuring business targets and KPIs are met. You will play a key role in coaching Sales Engineers, managing a strong project pipeline, and delivering accurate sales forecasts.

What you'll do:

As a Chiller Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth and achieving company targets. Supporting the Country Leader, you will lead and manage the sales team, ensuring strong market coverage and performance. Your responsibilities will include coaching Sales Engineers, building and maintaining a robust project pipeline, and delivering accurate sales forecasts. Additionally, you will collaborate with HR to enhance team capabilities, identify training needs, and foster engagement. Your leadership will be essential in running sales meetings and providing strategic insights to the Country Leader

  • Support the Country Leader in leading the Sales Team to meet company targets and KPIs.
  • Oversee the Sales Team to ensure effective market coverage.
  • Mentor and guide Sales Engineers in identifying, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with project owners and M&E contractors.
  • Develop and maintain a robust project pipeline, actively tracking opportunities to maximize success rates.
  • Deliver precise sales forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Collaborate with HR to enhance team capabilities by assessing training needs and boosting engagement to improve performance.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and provide reports to the Country Leader.

What you bring:

This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in HVAC sales and leadership. The ideal candidate will have 12-15 years of experience, including at least five years in a managerial role. Success in this position will be driven by expertise in consultative selling, relationship management, and problem-solving. A proactive, goal-oriented mindset, along with excellent communication skills, will be essential. Strong computer proficiency, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to foster lasting relationships are highly valued. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate adaptability, a drive for excellence, a results-driven attitude, and innovative thinking.

  • Extensive HVAC Sales Experience: Minimum of 12-15 years in HVAC sales, including at least five years in a leadership role.
  • Strong Sales & Communication Skills: Proficiency in consultative selling, relationship-building, active listening, and problem-solving.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to understand consumer needs, provide tailored solutions, and respond quickly.
  • Leadership & Team Development: Skilled in building and maintaining relationships both internally and externally.
  • Tech-Savvy & Data-Driven: Proficient in computer usage for sales tracking and reporting.
  • Goal-Oriented & Adaptive: Self-motivated, results-driven, and open to change with a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation
