What you'll do:

As a Technical Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to identify business opportunities within the food additives sector, specifically focusing on shrimp processing. You will conduct thorough market research, determine market needs, and propose suitable product additions to our portfolio. Your excellent communication skills will be utilised as you create, sustain, and develop relationships with target customers. You will stay informed about competitor’s activities to effectively position our offerings in the market. Your role will also involve conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations, preparing persuasive sales proposals and quotations, leading negotiations with customers to secure new orders, and ensuring accurate data management within our CRM system.

  • Conduct market research to identify promising new sales opportunities
  • Determine market needs and propose suitable product additions to our portfolio
  • Create, sustain and develop relationships with target customers
  • Stay informed about competitor’s activities to effectively position our offerings in the market
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to explain technical features and benefits of the products to potential customers
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and quotations
  • Lead negotiations with customers to secure new orders
  • Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within our CRM system

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Technical Sales Manager role brings a wealth of experience from the seafood processing industry. With a minimum of 5 years' sales experience under your belt, you have developed a strong understanding of technical additives for shrimp processing. Your educational background includes a bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Nutrition Science, Biochemistry or a similar field. You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English. Your entrepreneurial, proactive and independent working style sets you apart. You have the ability to work and communicate effectively with customer staff at different levels and are proficient in MS Office, particularly MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Outlook.

  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Nutrition Science, Biochemistry or similar field
