What you'll do:

As a Key Account Manager, your primary role will be managing and growing strategic customer accounts. You will serve as the main point of contact for your assigned key clients, developing a deep understanding of their needs, expectations, and business goals. Your ability to build and maintain strong client relationships will be crucial in ensuring timely and successful delivery of products. You will also identify opportunities to grow business within existing accounts while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions. Your responsibilities will also include preparing and leading customer meetings, developing account plans that align with both customer and company goals, monitoring sales performance for key accounts, and staying updated on industry trends.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned key clients.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of products according to customer specifications and deadlines.

  • Prepare and lead customer meetings, including presentations, pricing negotiations, and contract renewals.
  • Develop account plans to align with customer and company goals.
  • Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and budgets for key accounts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, customer shifts, and competitor activities.

What you bring:

The ideal Key Account Manager will bring a wealth of experience in managing large accounts within the garment or apparel manufacturing industry. With a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar role, you'll have developed strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes and customer requirements. Your excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with clients while your strong analytical skills will ensure you can effectively monitor sales performance. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems is essential.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Textile Engineering, Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes and customer requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple large accounts with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems.
