Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager who is fluent in Chinese and Korean. This role is based in the vibrant city of Ho Chi Minh City. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales and business development strategies, managing existing B2B corporate customer accounts, and identifying new market opportunities.

What you'll do:

As a Sales Manager fluent in Chinese and Korean, your role will involve developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies that align with our client's goals. You will manage existing B2B corporate customer accounts, building strong relationships with customers. Your excellent communication skills will be utilised as you act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams during contract implementation. Your ability to analyse trends in the business industry will aid in product development and identification of new market opportunities.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and business development strategy
  • Manage existing B2B corporate customer accounts
  • Build good working relationships with customers
  • Act as a contact point between the client and internal operating teams during contract implementation
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/yearly budgets and sales growth plans
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with the company's overall strategy
  • Analyse trends in the business industry
  • Develop products that are responsive to market demands

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Sales Manager role will bring a wealth of experience from a similar position. You will have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing or a related field. Your experience in B2B sales within kitchenware, FMCG, gift and service supply or merchandise development will be highly valued. Your fluency in Chinese and Korean along with your knowledge of the China market will be key to your success in this role.

  • At least 5 years experience in a similar position
  • Experience in B2B sales: Kitchen ware, FMCG, gift and service supply, merchandise development
  • Fluency in Chinese or Korean
  • Good knowledge of the China market, consumer behaviour
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing sales, marketing, product strategies
